Dierre Group announces the closing of the acquisition of PLL S.r.l.: a new step towards strengthening the Group
Dierre Group is pleased to announce that on September 25th, 2025, the agreement for the acquisition of PLL S.r.l. was formally finalized. This acquisition will allow Dierre Group to further consolidate its market leadership. Headquartered in Capriano del Colle, in the province of Brescia, PLL is a well-established company with 30 years of experience in the aluminum and plastics processing sectors. The acquisition of PLL, which has annual revenues of €2.5 million and 15 employees, is part of the Dierre Group's strategic growth and positioning strategy, aimed at strengthening its territorial coverage and customer service, making it increasingly faster and more efficient.
The closing was assisted by Mr. Giuseppe Rubbiani and Eng. Antonio Gervasi, respectively President and CEO of Dierre Group, and Mr. Ezio Bendotti, Managing Director of PLL S.r.l.
Dierre Group was advised by Studio LMCR for legal matters, and by Studio Spada & Partners for tax matters, both in Milan.
The entry of PLL into Dierre Group will not entail any changes to PLL's operational management, confirming the production strategy and corporate culture that have ensured steady growth over the years and confirmed an excellent positioning in the national industrial market.
