Dierre Group, in line with the growth strategy defined in collaboration with the investment company NB Aurora, has signed the contract for the acquisition of the majority of In.Ecosistemi, a company specialized in the design and production of industrial protection and soundproofing, control rooms and operator stations, with headquarters in Codevigo (Padua, Veneto).
This operation confirms the importance of the industrial soundproofing business within Dierre Group, already pursued with excellent results by another company belonging to Dierre Group: Sintesi. A further and important goal achieved which strengthens Dierre Group’s position on the national and international market.
